Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Fees

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via your SimpleClinic booking confirmation email.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations do happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please notify me as soon as possible.

Late cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full consultation fee.

Reminder emails and text messages are provided as a courtesy only. Not responding to a confirmation email or reminder message is not considered a cancellation.

Payment is required at the time of booking, or as otherwise advised. By providing your payment details, you authorise applicable fees to be charged, including consultation fees, late cancellation fees and non-attendance fees, in accordance with this policy.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Your payment details are securely stored and processed via Stripe, and I do not store full credit card details on my own systems.
